Kubikiribocho

Personal Fanart, Naruto:Redux - Seven Swords of the Mist, (2026)

Kubikiribocho is a large broadsword shaped like a butcher knife earning itself the title of "seversword". The blade itself has two cut outs, a circle close to the top and semi-circular one nearer to the handle - the former of which is aptly fitting the sword's purpose of decapitation. The latter notch allows a strap to be wrapped around the weapon. It's extremely long handle is also detachable to further aid transportation and then reattached for combat. 

The value of Kubikiribocho lies in it's ability to constantly restore it's shape and sharpness with the blood of it's enemies. It is a self regenerating blade that is perfect for the marathon of large scale battle. The Legend grew, that Kubikiribocho's sharpness never ran out as it turned battlefields red with the bloody mist of it's opponents that Kirigakure became known for. 

I took liberties with Kubikiribocho's design as I had always imagined it as a straight edge cleaver, however there's no denying it's classic curved butcher knife shape as recognizable. So I made both!
